Julia M. Spraggins, MBA, is a certified image & fashion consultant, educator and wraptician with well over 25 years of experience working with and engaging women and girls in the areas of image, fashions, and education. She has taught Textiles & Retail Buying at The University of the District of Columbia Community College as well as at Arlington, Alexandria, Arundel County Adult Education Programs, Northern Virginia Community College, Prince George Community College, Arlington County Public School (After School Enrichment Program). Julia is passionate about issues that affect children and young adults, the Arts, Education and Fashion.
