Dance it Out

For ages 8-10 years old.</p<

This course is designed to help the child explore and express their feelings and thoughts through movement and dance. Together we will create a safe environment for children to connect with themselves and one another. We will also explore and learn new ways to direct our energy and calm our big feelings down. Even though this can be hard work, we will make sure that we are also having fun while growing.
