Jada Batts

Jada Batts, is a Project Create artist-in-residence, from Largo, Maryland. Jada’s artistry shines through her exploration of digital illustration, mosaics, sketching, sculpting, and music. Having discovered her creative calling during a 6th-grade field trip, she began drawing on inspiration from the people in her life, dreams, and TV show characters to craft her own unique creations.

For Jada, art is both a stress reliever and an escape, creating a sense of fun and freedom. A world-builder at heart, she constructs fictional universes for her characters to thrive in and aspires to one day share her comics online.

With an unquenchable thirst for creativity, Jada envisions her future deeply rooted in the arts.
