Mia Goff

Art Therapy Intern

Mia Goff is in her first-year graduate program at George Washington University, earning her master’s in art therapy. She holds a BFA from the University of Missouri, where she fell in love with fiber arts (papermaking, felting, weaving, etc.). These mediums’ diverse and multifaceted history has greatly influenced Mia’s personal practice, appreciation, and dedication to the arts.

Motivated by her experiences, she is eager to further her education in art therapy to support others in healing through creative practices. Her strong foundation in multiple artistic mediums has deepened her understanding of the intrinsic power that art can foster.

When she is not in the studio or classroom, Mia loves baking, swimming, hiking and is a huge bookworm.
